With years of experience, Andrea knew she loved the art of make up when at the last minute she was asked to step in and provide makeup services for her sister's college senior ball. While also going to college herself to obtain her Nursing degree, she continued to have a "battle of the careers" with the love of makeup and enhancing women's beauty ultimately becoming her heart's passion. And, her to explore further in the make up industry began. 

A freelance makeup artist from the Washington, DC metro area, Andrea received her formal training from the award-winning Bennett Career Institute where she attained her makeup artistry license from the Maryland State Board of Cosmetology. At Bennett, she was taught under celebrity makeup artist Ms. Lorena Simpson.

Andrea has extensive experience in natural beauty and bridal. Her passion and love for her artistry, has positioned her to be sought out by many in the beauty industry. Because of her creativity, attention to detail, professionalism and the red carpet service she provides to all that grace her chair, it is a testament by her devoted clientele and consistent referrals.

Andrea's work has been featured in local publications, weddings, national events and fashion shows including:  BET Honors, Maryland & Baltimore Fashion Weeks and the Kennedy Center's 105 Voices of History Concert. Her hands has also graced corporate and non-profit events such as: The National Society for Black Engineers: Corporate Board Magazine, and the Maryland Black Mayors Honors Gala, just to name a few.

Andrea believes part of her success is having a business mindset, as well as always taking time to learn with continuous training and education to expand her knowledge and ensuring her clients leave her chair with an enhancing experience.
